Delete a user from a HeaderPath account

You can remove a user from your HeaderPath account at any time. The process is slightly different depending on whether you’re an admin or a regular user.

For users

If you want your account deleted, contact an admin of the HeaderPath account and request removal. Once deleted, you’ll lose access to all content and data associated with that account.

Important
Deleted accounts can be recovered. If you rejoin in the future, we automatically reactivate the previously deleted user account.

For admins

If you’re an admin, you can delete users directly:

1. Go to Users in your admin dashboard.
2. Select the user(s) you want to remove.
3. Click Delete.

Need to know

• The user will be immediately logged out and lose access to the account.
